Established in 1995, Enclosures & Cases first product was a humble aluminum bracket for home efficiency tests. Since then they have evolved into a product driven company specializing in full component integration for industries such as aerospace, high-end audio and scientific research.
Lumeo was hired by E&C to redevelop the company’s visual identity in conjunction with a new online platform focused on the user experience.
While conducting market research Lumeo discovered E&C was truly a “diamond in the rough”. That unbeknownst to management who had kept their heads down and noses to the grindstone, they had become a significant manufacturing supplier in the enclosure market. The concept of a diamond began to resonate throughout our whole approach in communicating the core values of the brand - precision and strength.
The new visual identity advances the core values by emulating the diamond silhouette within the enclosure icon as well as pairing it with stable letterforms. Coupled with new product photography and a simple graphical structure the online platform delivers increased user interaction and costumer retention.
